Joining Details

Where to meet – Please meet at the Explore Kiosk (220 Quay Street) in the Viaduct at 0945 hrs on Fathers Day the 6th of September. Once everyone is there, a crew member will collect you and take you to the yacht. The briefing will take place as soon as possible in order to maximise the amount of time on the water and docking out by 1015.

Where to park – The best place to park is the Downtown carpark, a short hop across the road to the Viaduct.

What to wear – Wet weather gear for the boats is provided (and lifejackets which must be worn), but we suggest guests wear layers of clothes. If you are actively helping to race, you will warm up pretty quickly, but it can be a bit fresh ‘sitting on the rail’. Sunglasses, sun cream and a hat that attaches firmly to the head are good ideas. Wear soft-soled, preferably non-marking trainers/sneakers.

Bad weather – We will stay in touch and if we have to cancel due to bad weather safety is our priority..

Back on dock – You will be back at the Viaduct at 1400 hrs.
