Youth and education

We are all made of

something different

At the New Zealand Sailing Trust, we don’t just set sail - we shape character.
Aboard our iconic vessels, young people become crew: learning to navigate, lead, and support one another.
Every task, from hoisting sails to cooking meals, builds confidence, teamwork, and resilience. The ocean is our classroom. The journey is the lesson. Through school programs and partnerships, we open horizons - inspiring a new generation of bold, capable custodians of Aotearoa’s seas.
